I specialize in delicious, design-oriented, highly custom cakes (yes, even for the "I don't like cake" friends out there). All of my wedding cakes are unique and made from scratch, just for you. How do tastings work? After you have submitted your wedding cake inquiry form and we have emailed to discuss your initial preferences and budget to make sure I am a good fit for your big day, we can schedule a design consultation and tasting! Potential clients select 3-4 flavor combinations to try, all of which come assembled together as mini taster cakes. In addition to sit down consultations, I also offer pickups in Murfreesboro or meetups at a location convenient for us both. Tastings may have a cost associated with them, especially if accommodating an allergy or multiple upgraded flavor options. I do not typically do tastings for single tier wedding cakes.

How does the booking process work? Go through the "inquire now" page on my website, or contact me directly via email. We will go from there to discuss in depth pricing, design, etc. We can pick a date for your tasting, and secure your flavor choice. Then I will send contract and payment options to lock in your date.

What is your wedding cake pricing? Tiered wedding cakes start at $7 per serving and I also offer sheet cakes for a more cost effective price per serving. Prices increase based on flavor upgrades, fillings, toppings, custom designs, etc. Each wedding cake will be priced individually, as all cakes are custom.

Can you make shorter cakes instead of the tall tiers? My signature cake style is taller than traditional designs. Tiers are usually 6-8" tall and slices can be cut in half to maximize servings. I do incorporate shorter "step" tiers for interest and serving size accommodation, and can discuss shorter tiers if it is preferred or if it makes more sense for the design and overall aesthetic.

How many should my cake serve based on guest count? I recommend planning to serve 80% of your expected guest count (if serving cake as the only dessert option). Not all guests will want cake, and some will share. Other options include: serving only the wedding party/family, serving some of your guest count and serving another dessert option. We can collaborate to find the right fit for you!

What are your most popular wedding cake flavors? The most popular flavors I make for wedding cakes are almond, vanilla, and funfetti.
